The Temple of the Dark Moon has been running workshops and courses in Adelaide, South Australia since 1999. A minimum number of five participants is required for each workshop or course to go ahead (unless where indicated). Detailed notes are usually provided at each workshop or course run by the Temple of the Dark Moon (except where indicated). A payment plan option is available for six to eight week courses.

Commencement Date: Wednesday, 8 June 2005 for eight weeks, 7.45pm to 9.45pm.
The Temple of the Dark Moon is offering an Outer Court Training Circle incorporating Alexandrian-based Wicca, ceremonial magick and traditional Wytchcraft. This training circle places a strong emphasis on theory, balanced with practical application, and consists of eight lectures.
Subjects covered include an explanation of what magick is, how it can change and enhance your life, ethics and philosophies of various magickal traditions, what in needed to create magick, creating a sacred space and circle casting with respect to the Southern Hemisphere, preparing your mind and body for magick, accessing the realms of the ancient Gods and Goddesses, psychic protection, Hermetic principles, and much more.

This one-day interactive workshop is an invitation to (re)discover and connect with the Ancient Divine Feminine - the Goddess.
During this workshop, you will learn the origins of the Ancient Goddess and Her many aspects around the world, practical ways to attune to the Divine Feminine energies, how to choose your own personal Goddess, how to strengthen this connection through meditation, the re-enactment of ancient rites, the use of sacred dance and chant, and much more.

You have read the books, and may have an understanding about the philosophies of Wicca, but are not sure of how to actually start. Spend the day with an experienced magickal practitioner who will show you first hand how to cast your first magickal circle; what calls, invocations and chants to include and why they are used; the use of gestures; how to use candles, charcoal discs etc; learn how to move around in your circle; how to consecrate and charge items; as well as other invaluable techniques that are not included in the books all adapted for the Southern Hemisphere. The aim of this six week course is to introduce the student to and provide a grounding in Ceremonial Magick and the Qabalah, two magickal systems that apply to the Western mind, and which present systems of logic and possibilities.
The techniques and rituals covered in this course are based on those taught by the Order of the Golden Dawn and have been adapted (where appropriate) for the Southern Hemisphere.
Rituals and information covered within this interactive course include: The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, invocation of the Archangels, the Power of Sound and Vibration, the Middle Pillar and introduction to the Tree of Life, the Lesser Ritual of the Hexagram, an introduction to the Qabalah, and much more.
All students will be presented with detailed notes on all rituals and information contained within this course.

A one day workshop tracing the sacred Wheel of the Year in accordance to the Divine Feminine, the Goddess, and providing ideas and inspiration as to how to celebrate the many sacred and holy days in Her Honour.

A series of one-off workshops focusing on various aspects of the Divine Feminine in order to understand her true essence. Workshops will include a variety of techniques including rites and rituals, retelling of sacred myths, sacred dance and chants, meditation, art construction and much more.

Spend the day developing your relationship with the seven Gods mentioned in one version of the "God Chant" - Osiris, Adonis, Apollo, Hades, Dionysus, Shiva and Dumuzi - through the retelling of myths, poetry, ritual, and sacred dance.
