NEWS FOR 2005

    5 May 2005: The "Embracing the Goddess" workshop will be held on Sunday, 5 June 2005. More information about this interactive workshop can be found on the Temple's Workshops page.

    25 April 2005: The Temple of the Dark Moon will be holding its next Outer Court Training Circle on Wednesday, 8 June 2005. This Training Circle runs for eight weeks and incorporates Alexandrian-based Wicca, ceremonial magick, and traditional Wytchcraft. More information can be found on the Temple's Workshops page.

  • 25 April 2005: The Temple of the Dark Moon will soon be actively taking applications of interest to join its Adelaide coven. Click here to find out what sort of candidate we will be looking for.

  • 25 April 2005: The next Full Moon Gathering, hosted by the Temple of the Dark Moon, will take place on Monday, 23 May 2005 - meeting place being the Conservatory Gates to the Botanical Gardens at 7.45pm. Please visit Full Moon Gatherings for further information.

  • 25 April 2005: The Temple of the Dark Moon's founder and High Priestess will be talking about the Temple and her own unique magickal journey at the Adelaide Pagans in the Pub on Tuesday, 17 May 2005. Visit Pagan Alliance Inc (South Australia) for further information.

  • 25 February 2005: The Vodou Experience with Hounfor du Marche (NZ) will be happening in October 2005. This is a unique opportunity for many to experience real Haitian-styled Vodou as the Hounfor is led by a Mambo Asogwe. Two intensive weekends will be held, Adelaide and Sydney, both events are proudly sponsored by the Pagan Awareness Network Inc. Places are strictly limited.   • 5 January 2005: On 26 December 2004 a gigantic tsunami (tidal wave) devastated Southern Asia, killing hundreds of thousands of people with millions more left homeless. Donations can be made through various charities such as:

  • 5 November 2004: The Temple of the Dark Moon's publications of "Little Book of Magick" and "Introduction to Herbal Magick" are now available. For details how to order your copy, visit Temple Publications for further information.

  • 28 August 2004: On Monday, 16 August 2004 the English village of Boscastle was hit by flash floods and while fortunately thre was no lost of life, the Museum of Witchcraft was severely affected, in particular the displays located on the ground floor. The Museum of Witchcraft houses the world's largest collection of Wytchcraft related artefacts and regalia. Donations to the museum can made online via the Pagan Federation (UK)and Children of Artemis.

  • 28 August 2004: The valley between the Hill of Tara and Hill of Skryne (Co Meath, Ireland) is still crisis all in the name of "progress" due to a proposed motor way. This area is "one of the most important and famous archaeological sites in the world" according to expert Dr Conor Newman.
